More to come soon...

Dear Friends,

I urge you to join me today in supporting this worthy cause for a common good. Together, we can see that the people of the Spirit Lake Tribal community no longer suffer the hardships associated with their current dialysis management. With your help, The Spirit Lake Foundation will help fulfill the great need for a dialysis facility located on the Spirit Lake Dakotah Sioux reservation.

As mentioned in the Spirit Lake Foundation's informational documentary video, all tribal members currently receiving dialysis treatment must travel great distances, in most cases hundreds of miles a day up to three times a week, and often at their own expense. Many tribal members are simply not able to pay for the many out of pocket expenses associated with "off reservation" treatment. Sadly, many give up and go without the treatment that they so desperately need. This is a situation that we can no longer ignore.

To make your donation today you can click on the PayPal button below. If you are unable to donate via the web or feel uncomfortable doing so, please send a check or money order, made out to "Spirit Lake Foundation" and mail it to the address listed below. Together we can save lives.

Yours in community spirit,

Kenny Merrick Jr.
President and Founder
